Bookings
Online bookings are confirmed once you receive a booking ID. Prices shown are starting prices including GST; your stylist confirms the final price before starting. Services are paid at the salon after your appointment unless an advance is shown at booking.
Arriving late
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may shorten the service or move you to the next free slot.
Allergies & health
Please tell us about allergies, skin sensitivity or medical conditions. Colour services need a patch test 48 hours before for first-time clients.
If something isn’t right
Tell us within 7 days and we’ll fix it free of charge.
