Appointments missed without notice are recorded as no-shows. After two, we may ask for a small advance on future bookings.
Bridal bookings
Bridal dates are held with an advance. It is refundable up to 30 days before the wedding date and transferable to a new date once.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 working days.
