What we collect
When you book or contact us we collect your name, mobile number, and — only if you give them — your email, gender, date of birth, address and notes for your stylist (for example, allergies). We also keep your booking and payment history so you can see it in your account.
Why we use it
To confirm and remind you about appointments on WhatsApp, to prepare for your visit, to issue invoices and to improve our service. We only send offers if you tick the optional marketing box, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
How long we keep it
Booking and invoice records are kept as long as tax law requires; other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to contact@atharvaprimeslaon.com. We reply within 30 days.
